Free Listener's Agreement

Information on free listener's agreement for students at other VU faculties or persons who are not students of Vilnius University

The price of a subject depends on the annual price of the study programme in which the subject is taught. To find out the price of a specific subject, to see the course description or for other information, please contact .

Free listener agreements are concluded by the end of the first month of the semester (September or February). To apply for a free listener agreement, please fill in the application form. Please send the completed application form, a copy of your identity document and information about your high school graduation (year of graduation, name of school) to . Once we have received your application, we will contact you to arrange the signing of the agreement and payment.

Information on free listener's agreement for Faculty of Philology students

If you have more than 20 credits of debts, according to VU Study Regulations you cannot continue your studies. You must suspend your studies or take an academic leave and conclude a free listener agreement to repeat the courses for which you have debts.

Free listener's agreements are concluded before the end of the first month of the semester (September or February). Please fill in the application form (application for permission to study the subjects/modules you have chosen as a student) via VU IS. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive information by email regarding the signing and payment of the agreement.

Once you have successfully passed the subject, it will be included in your study results and the subject debt you had will be deleted.

Payment for the agreement

You must pay the full tuition fee for the subject during the first month of the semester (by the end of September or the end of February), or you can request to pay the tuition fee in instalments via IS VU (in this case, the full amount must be paid by 1 May). Failure to pay the tuition fee on time will result in not being able to take the final examination at the end of the semester.
